Use Vibkings Social Manager with Claude

Add Vibkings Social Manager to Claude as a connector, then draft and publish posts, check comments and messages, follow up leads and read your results by chatting. The same roles and rules apply as on the website.

What you can do

See your posts and whether each one really published, with live links and errors.
Draft posts, then publish or schedule them once you've checked the wording.
Read comment threads and private messages, and reply to customers.
List leads and update their status, notes and follow-up dates.
Read post results and follower trends, and your approved business facts.

Before you start

A Vibkings Social Manager account in at least one workspace, with your social accounts connected.
A Claude plan that allows custom connectors. Anthropic offers them as a beta feature; on the free plan you can add one custom connector.

Claude on the web, desktop and mobile

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and choose Add custom connector.
Name it Vibkings Social Manager and paste this address:

Choose Connect. Claude opens Vibkings Social Manager: sign in if asked, then choose what Claude may use (below).
Connectors you add on claude.ai also appear in the Claude desktop and mobile apps. In a chat, make sure the connector is switched on in the tools menu.

Claude Code

Add it from a terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http vibkings-social https://social.vibkings.com/mcp

Then type /mcp in Claude Code, choose vibkings-social and sign in. Connectors added on claude.ai can also be used in the Claude Code desktop app.

Choosing what Claude can use

When you connect, Vibkings Social Manager asks you to choose:

Workspaces: Claude can only see the businesses you tick.
Read only, or read and write to also draft and publish posts, reply to customers and update leads.

Claude never gets more than your role allows. If you're a content creator, posts you draft through Claude still go to an owner or admin for approval. Owners and admins can publish directly once they've confirmed the text in Claude.

“Which of my posts failed this week, and why?”
“Draft a Facebook post about our weekend offer, show me, then schedule it for Saturday 9am.”
“Show unread comments on Instagram and suggest replies using our facts.”
“List new leads and mark the ones I've called as contacted.”
“How did my last five posts do?”

What Claude can't do

Change settings, team members, billing, connected social accounts or automation rules.
Attach photos or videos. Claude gives you a link to finish those posts on the website, where Instagram, TikTok and YouTube posts are completed.
Approve someone else's draft, or act in a workspace you didn't choose.

Everything Claude changes is recorded in the workspace's activity log as made through a connected app. Customers' comments are shown to Claude as information, not as instructions.

Disconnecting

Open Connected apps (from Your workspaces) and choose Disconnect. Claude loses access at once. You can also remove the connector in Claude's settings. See the Privacy Policy for what is shared.
